Vertu Hyundai Mansfield is offering an Apprenticeship for a Parts Advisor to begin a career in the motor industry and join the Aftersales team. You will handle parts supply, assist customers face-to-face or by phone, and learn through hands-on training.

Successful candidates will train to become a fully qualified Parts Advisor with ongoing development and opportunities. The programme includes generous benefits and progression opportunities within the Vertu Motors group.

Qualifications

• Entry GCSEs: Mathematics, English Language and One other subject.
• GCSEs 4–9 (A*-C) required as minimum qualification.

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join the team at Vertu Hyundai Mansfield! We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual looking to start a career in the Motor Industry.

Training to become a full qualified 'Parts Advisor', you will be an integral member of the Aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact with many of our customers, either face to face or over the telephone.

The daily duties for a Parts Apprentice includes the following:

• Managing all aspects of parts supply, in and out.
• Helping coach and motivate others.
• Oversee the parts stock inventory.
• Drive supply through the onsite workshop.
• Proactively support the Aftersales Manager.
• Represent the company in a highly professional manner

It is essential that you hold Entry Qualifications GCSE grades 4 - 9 (or equivalent A*- C) in:

• Mathematics
• English Language
• One other
