Job summary

Marshall Motor Group is seeking a Parts Advisor for Marshall Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van Andover. The role offers a basic salary of £31,000 with an OTE of £36,150, plus shift allowance, and 25 days of annual leave.

You will join a busy, supportive team and help keep workshops moving by handling parts and answering enquiries. As part of a growing Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van business, you will work rotating shifts, engage with service advisors, and participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor preferred.
• Comfortable following processes and working independently or in a team.
• Motivated, organised, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Unload and record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• Store, organise and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Respond to workshop and customer enquiries in person, by phone or email.
• Pick and distribute parts for technicians to keep jobs on schedule.
