Job summary

HTC, part of Ballyvesey Holdings Ltd, is seeking a Parts Sales Administrator in Oxford, UK. You will organise and coordinate parts sales to meet customer and inter-department needs while maintaining stock records and promoting accessories.

The role requires previous parts sales experience in a main dealership or motor factor, strong communication skills, and a full manual driving licence. Working hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am–5:00pm, with alternate Saturdays morning.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar parts sales role.
• Experience in a main dealership or motor factor is required.
• Knowledge of Commercial vehicle parts is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organised and efficient.
• Must have a full manual driving licence.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience within a similar parts sales position
• Current experience within a main dealership or motor factor is required
• Knowledge of Commercial vehicle Parts is an advantage.
• You must be a good communicator and have great customer satisfaction skills
• You must be organised and efficient.
• You must have a full manual driving licence

Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5pm.

Every other Saturday 7am - 12noon.
