Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Parts Advisor/Driver for a reputable multi-franchise dealership in Newport. This role combines parts advisory duties with driving responsibilities to ensure smooth parts supply to workshop and customers.

Benefits include a starting salary of £26,500 with uncapped bonus potential (£29,000–£30,000 achievable), funded training, overtime pay, 22 days + 8 bank holidays, staff discounts, and clear career progression. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Recent or current experience within the automotive industry, ideally in parts or aftersales roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pick vehicle parts to meet workshop requirements.
• Deliver parts to customer locations using the company vehicle.
• Manage parts stock control, inventory audits, and ordering.
• Provide excellent customer service for trade and retail enquiries.
• Assist workshop staff with parts supply and admin tasks via electronic catalogues and dealer management systems (Pinnacle).
• Ensure efficient out-in van deliveries and stock management within the dealership.
