North Oxford Garage in Wolvercote, Oxfordshire, is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. You’ll be the essential link between customers, workshop, and sales, handling enquiries, processing orders, managing stock, and advising on car and motorcycle parts and accessories.

This role combines face-to-face service, admin, and digital order management, with opportunities for training through BMW Academy and a friendly, supportive team culture.

About the Role

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be the essential link between our customers, workshop, and sales departments. You’ll handle enquiries, process orders, manage stock, and provide expert advice to ensure the right Car and Motorcycle parts and accessories are delivered promptly and accurately.

This is a varied and rewarding role with a balance of face-to-face customer interaction, administrative work, and digital order management.
