Stratford Franchised Motorcycle Dealership is recruiting a Parts Advisor to join our customer-focused team in Royal Leamington Spa. You will identify, order and supply motorcycle parts and accessories, liaise with customers, suppliers and workshop staff, and ensure accurate stock records.

We offer full training, 42.5 hours per week, 30 days leave incl BH, pension, eyecare vouchers, life assurance and staff discounts.

Parts Advisor - Stratford Franchised Motorcycle Dealership

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join a successful motorcycle dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about motorcycles and enjoys working in a customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting both retail customers and the workshop team, ensuring parts and accessories are identified, ordered and supplied accurately and efficiently.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Parts Department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with customers, suppliers, technicians and manufacturers
• Identifying, ordering and supplying motorcycle parts and accessories
• Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate stock records
• Handling customer enquiries both in person and by telephone
• Supporting the workshop with parts requirements
• Ensuring the Parts Department is organised, professional and efficient
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be customer-focused, organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Previous experience within a Parts Department, automotive environment, motorcycle dealership or retail customer service role would be advantageous. However, full training will be provided for the right candidate. You will have:

Salary

£28,000 Basic / £31,000 OTE
