Job summary

Group 1 Automotive, BMW Brighton, is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our Brighton Retail Centre. You will provide excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone, guiding customers to the right parts and ensuring accurate stock information.

This role offers development within a global automotive group, with strong support from colleagues and managers to progress. You will work across the parts department, building relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, and have opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of maintaining a methodical and logical approach, particularly during busy periods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to customers on the availability of parts, ensuring timely and accurate information
• Receive, log, and accurately allocate parts and consumables from suppliers
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both external and internal customers
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on suitable parts to meet customer requirements
• Maintain accurate customer records on our systems
• Effectively communicate relevant promotions, offers, and product information to customers
• Ensure full familiarity with all procedures and processes within the parts department
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the manufacturer and suppliers
