Job summary

Endeavour Automotive Limited is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to manage the workshop counter and service trade customers. You will be responsible for stock control, bin allocation, and handling exchanged parts while maintaining a high level of accurate stock records.

You will also drive sales targets and strive to deliver an outstanding customer experience to both internal and external customers across our UK dealerships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills for face-to-face and phone interactions.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on sales targets.
• Enthusiastic about customer-first service and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Look after the workshop counter and trade customers
• Maintain stock levels and oversee parts into the department
