Job summary

Evans Halshaw Wrexham Ford is seeking a Parts Advisor to act as the trusted link between our workshop, customers and suppliers, ensuring the right parts are always in the right place at the right time.

You will deliver first-class service, process orders accurately, monitor stock levels with the Parts Leader, and support the sales process while upholding safety and compliance in a busy parts department.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good computer literacy and experience with stock management.
• Experience in parts or automotive environment preferred.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers, offering expert advice on parts and availability
• Process orders accurately and file documentation
• Monitor and maintain stock levels with the Parts Leader
• Support the sales process by identifying upsell opportunities
• Maintain an organised, secure, and compliant working environment across all areas of the parts department
• Collaborate with colleagues across other departments for a seamless experience
