Lookers Ayr Audi in Ayr is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy parts department. You will assist customers in retail and workshop areas, process orders the same day, and log stock discrepancies with the Parts Manager.

You will work in a friendly team, delivering excellent customer care while maintaining accurate records and helping to improve department efficiency. 42-hour week, with a salary of £28,500 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Parts Advisor role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer care.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Parts Manager with daily duties.
• Process orders accurately and log stock discrepancies.
• Maintain stock locations and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
