Volvo Cars is offering an apprenticeship to become a Parts Advisor. You will learn how to advise customers on part solutions, take orders, and manage stock while training at our Daventry centre and working with on-site technicians.

During the 17-month programme you will be guided by experienced trainers and mentors, combining off-the-job training with practical learning, leading to Volvo certifications and level 2 customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and complete the apprenticeship.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in automotive parts and stock control.

Responsabilités

• Advise customers on vehicle part solutions.
• Take orders in person and by phone.
• Maintain organized stock room and locate parts.
• Raise invoices for parts sold.
• Liaise with staff and technicians.
