Job summary

Group 1 Automotive, Porsche Bournemouth, is recruiting an Apprentice Parts Advisor. You will learn stock management, merchandising, forecasting and customer service while working toward a Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship.

You’ll train with virtual and face-to-face sessions, supported by a dedicated mentor, gaining brand certification and practical skills across the Parts Department. An exciting career path awaits with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Punctuality and reliable timekeeping are essential.
• Ability to stay effective under pressure in a busy environment.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with colleagues and customers.
• Motivation to meet and exceed targets and standards.
• GCSE Maths, English and Science or equivalent at minimum academic level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers both in person and by phone.
• Develop relationships with other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare orders and manage stock levels.
• Control stock and warehouse operations.
• Process warranties, claims, and payments as needed.
• Identify parts and support merchandising and logistics.
