Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role.
• Background in automotive, plant, HGV, crane, agricultural, or machinery sectors.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence with systems and email.
• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work in a busy environment.
• Proactive and professional approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face, by phone, and email.
• Support showroom sales and assist with product enquiries.
• Identify and supply parts to customers and technicians accurately.
• Handle deliveries including loading and unloading stock.
• Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
