The role focuses on supplying correct parts for commercial vehicles, assisting customers and workshops, and maintaining stock accuracy. The ideal candidate has experience in automotive parts and strong customer service.

Salary ranges from £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, with opportunities to develop technical knowledge within the commercial vehicle sector and progress within the dealership.

Formación

• Experience in parts, automotive or commercial vehicle environments.
• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Specialist or similar.
• Commercial vehicle or automotive industry experience preferred.
• Service Advisor experience will also be considered.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure workshop technicians and customers receive the correct parts efficiently.
• Identify and supply the correct parts for commercial vehicles.
• Assist customers and workshop technicians with parts enquiries.
• Process parts orders, deliveries and stock movements.
• Maintain accurate stock records and help manage inventory.
