Jago Consultants is recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor at a main car dealership in Watford. You will handle parts sales to public and trade, process orders and maintain records, ensuring service department parts supply and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires attention to stock control, accurate documentation, and adherence to health and safety rules. Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm, salary £25,000 per year.

Responsabilidades

• Handle sales of parts to the public and trade by telephone, fax and in person at the Retail/Trade Counter, and operate relevant Departmental Procedures to a high standard to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supply parts as requested to the Service Department
• Raise and maintain legible and accurate records as laid down in Company Procedures
• Inspect parts in front of the customer as laid down in the Company Procedures
• Inspect incoming goods against documentation, report and record discrepancies
• Place incoming stock in correct binning locations
• Pick customer orders and prepare for delivery with relevant documentation
• Report and record discrepancies/damage to stock parts
• Operate computers and other machinery/equipment per Company Procedures/Manufacturers’ instructions
• Support and implement the Company’s Quality System and carry out Procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of the customer area/warehouse
• Maintain a neat and tidy personal appearance
• Observe all Health, Safety and Fire Regulations

Our client is a main car dealership looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.

Location – Watford

Salary – £25,000 ,

Hours – Mon to Fri 8am to 5.30pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm

Parts Advisor Role:

• To Handle sales of parts to the public and trade by telephone, fax and in person at the Retail/Trade Counter, and to operate the relevant Departmental Procedures to a high standard to ensure customer satisfaction.
  To supply parts as requested to the Service Department
• To raise and maintain legible And accurate records as laid down in Company Procedures.
• To inspect parts in front of The customer as laid down in the Company Procedures.
• To inspect incoming goods against the relevant documentation, and to report and record any discrepancies.
• To place incoming stock in correct binning locations.
• To pick customer orders and Place them in the correct area e.g. delivery area/inter-branch transfers, together with the relevant documentation.
• To report and record any discrepancies/damage to stock parts.
• To operate computers and other machinery/equipment in accordance with Company Procedures/Manufacturers’ instructions.
• To support and implement the Company’s Quality System and carry out the responsibilities documented in the relevant Procedures Manuals.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the customer area/warehouse.
• To maintain a neat and tidy personal appearance
• To observe all Health, Safety and Fire Regulations.
