Job summary

Arnold Clark Group is seeking a Parts Advisor for our Autoparts branch in Trafford Park. Full-time hours Monday to Friday 8am–5:30pm, with alternate Saturdays 8am–12pm. You’ll be trained and supported to manage stock, assist customers, and keep workshops well-supplied with the right parts.

No previous parts experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed and progress within Arnold Clark.

We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to work at our Autoparts branch in Trafford Park. You don’t need to have previous parts experience to apply, as we’ll provide comprehensive training.

Hours

Full time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm

About the role

Do you have customer service skills and experience working with stock?

Our Parts Advisors are responsible for keeping our workshops well-stocked with the right parts to maintain our vehicles whilst also updating customers in relation to their vehicle journey through every stage of the process.

If you’ve worked in a retail environment before and have experience managing stock, you’ll already have some of the traits of a successful Parts Advisor. You’ll need to be comfortable using computers, but don’t worry – we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to use our systems.
