Job summary

Arnold Clark is seeking a Parts Advisor for our Autoparts branch in Trafford Park. You will help keep the workshop stocked with the right parts and assist customers through every stage of their journey.

No prior parts experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. The role offers a competitive £42,500 OTE and full-time hours from Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays, plus a benefits package including pension, private healthcare, 33 days' holiday and training opportunities.

• Customer service experience, preferably in retail.
• Stock management or inventory experience.
• Good communication with customers.
• Comfortable using computers; training provided.
• Able to work in a team and independently.

Hours

Full time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm

About The Role

Do you have customer service skills and experience working with stock?

Our Parts Advisors are responsible for keeping our workshops well-stocked with the right parts to maintain our vehicles whilst also updating customers in relation to their vehicle journey through every stage of the process.

If you've worked in a retail environment before and have experience managing stock, you'll already have some of the traits of a successful Parts Advisor. You'll need to be comfortable using computers, but don't worry - we'll provide all the training you'll need to use our systems.
