Job summary

Vertu BMW Teesside is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our on-site team. A basic salary of £31,824 plus company benefits awaits the successful candidate who can support trade customers and drive parts sales.

You will handle incoming trade parts enquiries and orders by phone and online, identify parts accurately, utilise promotions to hit targets, and pursue upsell opportunities while keeping knowledge up to date through training.

Qualifications

• Experience in a motor industry parts role.
• Ambitious and sales-driven with a customer focus.
• Willingness to complete training and stay up to date with parts updates.

Vertu BMW Teesside Vertu BMW/MINI Teesside have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team! We are offering a basic salary of £31,824 plus company benefits! You will be working Monday - Friday with 1 in every 6 Saturdays, as per the departmental rota. We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts enquires and orders via telephone and online platforms. You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc. Ideally for this role you will have Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.
