Are you a Parts Advisor looking for a new challenge? At Stoke BMW, we are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our friendly and professional team. This role is vital for the smooth operation of our parts department, working alongside 4 other advisors to build relationships and manage customer expectations.
As a Parts Advisor, your responsibilities will include ensuring efficient customer service at retail and workshop areas, processing all orders on the same day, completing administrative tasks accurately, and reporting stock discrepancies to the Parts Manager, Chris Rhodes.
Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and have practical knowledge of computer systems. The ability to work well independently and as part of a team is essential. You should be personable, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
