Join to apply for the Parts Advisor role at Greenhous Group Limited

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Car/LCV Parts Advisor at our Nissan site in Shrewsbury.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work within a busy aftersales department.
2. Price parts identified by the workshop and update the system promptly.
3. Pre-pick all parts in line with the set time frame.
4. Build professional and trustworthy relationships with customers.
5. Satisfy internal parts requirements and interact with the workshop team.
6. Liaise with key suppliers.
7. Adhere to all relevant Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.

Ideal Candidate

1. Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
2. Ability to work well under pressure.
3. Some knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade.
4. Experience working to performance targets.
5. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
6. Full driving license is essential.
7. Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge, or Keyloop is a plus.

Note: A trainee position will be considered if the candidate has sufficient skills and knowledge.
