Job summary

The Solution Automotive Limited in Stratford is seeking a Parts Advisor to join a franchised motorcycle dealership with a strong customer focus. You will identify, source and supply motorcycle parts and accessories, process orders and maintain accurate stock records while delivering outstanding service to both retail customers and workshop teams.

• Handling customer enquiries both in person and by telephone.
• Supporting the workshop with parts requirements.
• Ensuring the Parts Department is organised, professional and efficient.
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times.
