Job summary

Accord Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in Portsmouth. You will source, order and manage parts, and provide expert advice to customers and the workshop to keep the service running smoothly.

Using the DMS, you will maintain accurate records, manage stock, returns and warranty parts, and work closely with Service and Workshop teams. The role runs Monday to Friday with one in three Saturdays, with a salary around £31,500 plus KPI

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Parts experience - essential.
• Car or commercial vehicle Parts experience.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to identify and source the correct parts.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and positive approach.
• Ability to work well as part of a small team.
• Commercial vehicle experience is advantageous, but strong candidates from a car Parts background will also be considered.

Monday - Friday + 1 in 3 Saturdays

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established commercial vehicle business in Portsmouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an automotive Parts professional looking to develop their career within the commercial vehicle sector, working as part of a friendly, close-knit team alongside the Service and Workshop departments.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will play an important role in keeping the workshop running smoothly and ensuring customers receive the right parts when they need them.
