I am working with a Commercial dealership that is seeking to recruit a Parts Advisor.

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Parts Advisor
Job Location – Norwich area

*** EXCELLENT PACKAGE ***

Salary: £22,500 per annum (basic)

Bonus and overtime also available

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
  • Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00 (paid as overtime at 1.5 rate)
Parts Advisor Role:
  • Working within a busy parts department, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service and a modern, efficient parts operation.
  • The primary focus will be to maintain high service levels for the Workshop and handle a busy Trade parts operation, including export sales.
  • You should be a versatile all-rounder, understanding all aspects of a parts department, such as goods-in processes, parts identification, order processing, stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with the Service department on parts-related matters. Experience in parts verification would be advantageous.
  • You will need to deal with customers professionally, embodying the brand's customer service standards.
