Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum plus bonus up to £3,300

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Saturday on rota 1 in 3

This role offers an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of our parts department, working alongside experienced advisors to build relationships and manage customer expectations. You will ensure quick and efficient service to retail and workshop customers, process orders on the same day, and handle administrative functions accurately.

• Assist the Parts department with daily duties
• Complete vehicle health checks for the workshop
• Manage stock control and ensure proper item location
• Receive orders and update returns
• Answer customer calls
• Provide excellent customer care

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. You should be personable with strong verbal and written communication skills.
