Overview

Parts Sales Consultant - Charles Hurst Parts Centre

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Saturday on rota 1 in 3

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum plus bonus up to £3,300

Are you a Parts Advisor/Sales Consultant in search of a new challenge? This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our Charles Hurst parts department. Working alongside a team of experienced parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customers' expectations. As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be required to complete all administrative functions accurately and log any stock discrepancies with the Parts Manager.

  • Assisting the Parts department with daily duties
  • Completing vehicle health checks for the workshop
  • Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control is maintained
  • Receiving orders and ensuring returns are up to date
  • Answering calls from customers
  • Providing excellent customer care

You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you can work as part of a team as well as independently.

You are a people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
