Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers
• Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting the appropriate parts and products
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of our product range to proactively meet customer needs
• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand and minimise product returns through improved customer support
• Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities across various customer segments and product categories
