Job summary

Arnold Clark in Liverpool is seeking a Parts Advisor to keep our workshops stocked and to assist customers throughout their vehicle journey. You don’t need prior parts experience as full training will be provided.

The role is full-time, with generous benefits and a clear path for training and progression. You’ll work Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays, and you’ll be joining a team that values great communication and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but full training will be provided.
• Able to stock, order, pick and pack parts and liaise with workshop.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to work at our Motorstore in Liverpool. You don’t need to have previous parts experience to apply, as we’ll provide comprehensive training.

Hours

Full time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm

About The Role

Do you have customer service skills and experience working with stock?

Our Parts Advisors are responsible for keeping our workshops well-stocked with the right parts to maintain our vehicles whilst also updating customers in relation to their vehicle journey through every stage of the process.

If you’ve worked in a retail environment before and have experience managing stock, you’ll already have some of the traits of a successful Parts Advisor. You’ll need to be comfortable using computers, but don’t worry – we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to use our systems.
