Job summary

Scania in Leeds is seeking an organised Parts Advisor to join our busy branch. You will be the main point of contact for parts queries from customers and colleagues, handling orders, deliveries and stock checks to keep supply timely.

The role operates on a rotating shift and offers a starting salary of £28,951 per annum with a comprehensive benefits package including training, 25 days holiday, a pension, life insurance and retailer discounts. We value service, teamwork and continuous development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in parts supply or automotive aftersales.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Customer-facing role with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationships with customers and keep them updated on orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely parts orders.
  • Assist with delivery and collection of parts and document handling.
  • Support stock control and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Undertake regular stock checks and clearance activities.

Parts Advisor - Leeds

Working Hours: Rotating shift pattern Monday - Friday | Week 1: 07:00 - 16:00 | Week 2: 09:00 - 18:00 | 1 Saturday per month 07:00 - 12:00

Salary starting from £28,951 per annum plus an excellent benefits package, including:

We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer focussed individual to join our Leeds branch. As Parts Advisor, you will be an integral part of the team, at the heart of branch operations, responsible for timely and efficient parts supply. You will be the main point of contact for all parts queries from customers and your branch colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop relationships with customers, delivering a first-class service, pro-actively keeping customers up to date and ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure parts are ordered in line with operational needs.
  • Assist with delivery and collection of parts when required, ensuring parts are packaged and documented correctly.
  • Assist in controlling optimum stock profile for the branch.
  • Proactively undertake and oversee stock checks.
