Job summary

Jago Consultants in partnership with a family-run car garage in Partridge Green, West Sussex, seeks a Parts Advisor. The role focuses on delivering top customer service in a busy parts department, with duties spanning goods-in, stock checks, order processing and liaison with Workshop.

Hours are 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £25k-£30k plus bonus. Previous parts advisory experience is preferred, warranty exposure is a plus, and strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Parts Advisor in the Partridge Green area of West Sussex.

I am working with a family run car garage in the Partridge Green area of West Sussex who are seeking to recruit a Parts Advisor. Ideally to have some warranty experience although this is not essential.

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Parts Advisor

Hours – 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday

Salary – 25k – 30k plus bonus

Parts Advisor Role:

• Working within a busy parts department, you will be focused on delivering unrivalled levels of customer service, and a modern and efficient parts service.
• The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop, and to deal with a busy Trade parts operation (including export sales).
• You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts dept. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters, parts verification experience would be beneficial.
• You will be expected to deal with customers in a professional and personal focus, as expected by the brand

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor
• To ideally have some Warranty experience
• Excellent customer handling skills are essential to this position
