Job summary

Jago Consultants seeks a Parts Advisor for a motor garage in the Ashford area of Kent. Salary is around £27,000 plus a bonus of about £2,500. Hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service in a busy parts department, supporting Workshop, and handling trade parts including export sales. You will manage goods-in, stock checks, rotations, returns, and liaise with Service on parts matters.

I am working with a Motor Garage in Ashford area of Kent who are seeking to recruit a Parts Advisor.

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Parts Advisor

Job Location – Ashford in Kent

Salary – 27k plus bonus (around 2.5k)

Hours – 8.00am – 6.00pm Mon to Friday plus every other Saturday 8am to 6pm

Parts Advisor Role:

• Working within a busy parts department, you will be focused on delivering unrivalled levels of customer service, and a modern and efficient parts service.
• The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop, and to deal with a busy Trade parts operation (including export sales).
• You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts dept. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters, parts verification experience would be beneficial.
• You will be expected to deal with customers in a professional and personal focus, as expected by the brand
