Job summary

SF Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Parts Advisor for a full-time, permanent position in Stoke on Trent, office-based. You will manage company-owned parts stock, maintain accurate records and support the sales/customer department with operational requirements.

Ideal candidates will have experience in parts handling, stock control, working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, and the ability to prioritise workload while ensuring health and safety procedures.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Supporting day-to-day branch operations, including hands-on involvement where required.
• Providing accurate reporting on stock levels, parts usage, and customer activity.
• Ensuring health & safety and fire safety procedures are followed at all times.

Job Title: Parts Advisor
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Stoke on Trent - Office based role
Salary: Up to £34,000

The Professional Services team at SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a hands-on Stock & Parts Advisor on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory and supporting the sales/customer department with all operational requirements.

As a Parts & Stock Control Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing company-owned parts stock, ensuring accurate stock control, rotation, and housekeeping
• Maintaining precise stock records and following established processes and procedures
• Supplying parts to customers and supporting internal operations
• Promoting parts and associated products, supporting sales and account growth
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the following:

• Working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
