Parts Advisor / Warehouse Assistant in the Hatfield area

I am working with a Commercial dealership seeking to recruit a Parts Advisor / Warehouse Assistant.

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Parts Advisor / Warehouse Assistant

Job Location – Hatfield

*** EXCELLENT SALARY PACKAGE ***

Salary starts from £25,000 pa basic depending on experience / OTE of up to £30,000

*** SHIFTS AVAILABLE ***

12:00pm – 10:00pm Monday to Friday

Parts Advisor Role:

• Working within a busy parts department, focused on delivering excellent customer service and a modern, efficient parts service.
• Maintaining a high level of service to the Workshop and handling a busy Trade parts operation, including export sales.
• Understanding all aspects of a parts department, such as goods-in processes, parts identification, order processing, stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with Service over parts-related matters. Parts verification experience is beneficial.
• Dealing with customers professionally and personally, as expected by the brand.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor.
• Excellent customer handling skills are essential.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
