Park’s Motor Group is seeking an enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join their Parts Trade Hub in East Kilbride. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.

Location: East Kilbride; Franchise: JLR Parts Trade Hub. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of automotive parts experience, strong communication skills, be organised, and IT literate with Kerridge knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years automotive parts experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Organised with ability to undertake basic administrative duties.
• Proven track record of working under pressure to achieve parts sales objectives.
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Able to handle varied customer demands and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• IT literate; Kerridge knowledge advantageous.
• Friendly, reliable and responsible.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Full clean driving licence is desirable.

Park’s Motor Group is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join their highly successful Parts Trade Hub in East Kilbride.

If you are self-motivated and can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you an opportunity to join our team.

To be successful you will...

• Have a minimum of 2-years previous automotive parts experience.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Be organised and be able to undertake basic administrative duties.
• Have a proven track record of being able to work under pressure and consistently helping to achieve parts sales objectives.
• Be able to work on your own initiative and with minimal supervision.
• Be able to cope with a variety of customer demands and deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Be IT literate (knowledge of Kerridge would be an advantage).
• Be friendly, reliable and responsible.
• Be able to operate effectively as part of a team.
• Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Have a full clean driving licence is desirable.
