Parts Advisor – Dunstable

An experienced Parts Advisor is sought to join a busy automotive dealership in Dunstable. You will support the workshop and retail customers by ensuring the efficient supply of vehicle parts and accessories and maintaining accurate stock control.

Responsibilities

• Identify and supply the correct vehicle parts and accessories for workshop and retail customers.
• Support the workshop with timely parts availability.
• Serve retail and trade customers professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.
• Process orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure the Parts Department is well organised and operates efficiently.
• Work to achieve departmental targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and manufacturer systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
