Role Description

We are looking for a full-time candidate to join our team at Chester as a Parts Advisor. The role involves meeting all customer requirements and driving growth across all aspects of the parts business through direct selling. You will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of all procedures within the Parts Department and ensure that these are followed consistently to maintain a high standard of service. Your contributions will be key to enhancing customer satisfaction and expanding the parts business.

Skills

• Parts experience with BMW or a prestige centre
• Strong vehicle knowledge, particularly with BMW or a prestige centre
• Excellent communication and customer liaison skills
• Experience reporting to Senior Managers and Heads of Business
• Ability to professionally communicate the company’s products and services
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Team player with the ability to use initiative
• Computer literate, including proficiency in Word packages and Drive
