Job description

We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in Preston on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers with parts-related queries, identifying truck, van, or coach parts.
2. Promote parts sales within the branch.
3. Maintain stock levels to ensure smooth department operations.
4. Provide excellent customer service and promote our services and products to maximize sales opportunities.
5. Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Experience working in a busy parts environment, preferably in the truck or automotive industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive attitude.
