Job Title: Parts Advisor

Alliance Automotive Group, a leading distributor of light and commercial vehicle parts across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal, is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Taking orders over the telephone and upselling to increase invoice value.
• Conducting outbound calls to raise customer awareness and boost sales.
• Building long-term relationships with local customers.
• Promoting offers, discounts, and customer competitions.
• Ensuring correct parts are ordered and sent first time to minimize credits and returns.
