Are you an experienced Parts Advisor, or an organised team player with motor trade experience?

If so … you could be just who Waylands Automotive are looking for to join our growing Parts team at Waylands Volvo, Bristol. Waylands Automotive are a successful and growing motor dealer group, with 11 sites in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Avon.

What’s the Role?

Working in our small, close-knit team you will be tasked with providing a quality service. You will be responsible for selling our parts aftersales services and ensuring their successful delivery to our valued Volvo customers, liaising with the workshop to understand work in progress, updating customers, getting authorisation for additional work and resolving all queries to customers' high satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a background in the automotive industry. However, exceptional candidates without an automotive background will be considered.

The successful candidate will be organised, a completer-finisher, be comfortable talking to customers on the phone and face to face, and able to achieve consistently high levels of customer service.
