Platinum-Recruitment is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for a site near Ipswich. The role offers Monday–Friday hours, a salary up to £29,000, and clear progression within a stable operation.

The ideal candidate will handle parts enquiries across phone, email, and trade counter, use EPC systems to identify parts, maintain stock control, and liaise with suppliers to source parts quickly and cost-effectively. Training and career development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all parts enquiries via phone, email, and trade counter
• Accurately identify parts using EPC systems and technical catalogues
• Manage stock control, including ordering, stocktakes, and fast-moving parts availability
• Liaise with suppliers to source parts quickly and cost-effectively
• Support engineers and service teams to ensure minimal downtime
• Process orders, invoices, returns, and warranty claims
• Maintain an organised and efficient parts department
