Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor in Bicester to supply parts to workshop technicians and assist retail customers in person and by phone. You will order parts, monitor orders, and keep customers updated on delivery times, working closely with the workshop to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.

• Previous experience within the commercial vehicle parts industry.
• Good knowledge and genuine interest in commercial vehicles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy Parts and Aftersales team.
• UK based with the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supply the correct commercial vehicle parts and sundries to workshop Technicians.
• Support retail customers face-to-face and over the telephone.
• Order parts accurately and monitor outstanding orders.
• Keep Technicians and customers updated on parts availability and delivery times.
• Work closely with the workshop to support efficient vehicle repairs.
• Manage parts enquiries and identify suitable components.
• Maintain an organised, efficient parts operation.

Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor – Bicester

Location: Bicester

Salary: Up to £32,000 + bonus

OTE: Up to £35,000

Hours: 44 hours per week average | Monday to Friday, rotating shifts of 7:00am–4:00pm, 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am–12:00pm
