Job summary

Accord Resourcing Ltd in Bicester is seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join a busy operation. You will source and order HGV and LCV parts, support the Workshop and technicians, and liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure parts availability.

This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £29,410–£30,000 plus a £3,000 bonus, with Monday–Friday work and one in three Saturdays. A strong knowledge of vehicle parts and proactive teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Parts Advisor experience essential.
• HGV, LCV or commercial vehicle experience highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of vehicle parts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Well organised with good attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in the Bicester area.

The Role

You will work closely with the Workshop, Technicians, suppliers and customers to ensure the correct parts are sourced and available when needed.

• Sourcing and ordering HGV & LCV parts
• Supporting Workshop Technicians
• Dealing with customers by phone and face-to-face
• Liaising with suppliers
• Monitoring orders and resolving parts queries
• Maintaining accurate stock and parts records

About You
