NAPA Auto Parts - Commercial is recruiting a Parts Advisor to join our team in the UK. You will take telephone orders, upsell to increase invoice value, and reach out to raise customer awareness to boost sales.

Build lasting relationships with local customers and promote offers and competitions while ensuring accuracy to reduce credits and returns. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, handling inquiries professionally, and supporting the broader commercial vehicle parts network

We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders over the telephone, upselling to increase invoice value.
• Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales.
• Building long-term rapport with local customers.
• Actively promote offers, discounts and customer competitions.
• Limiting credits and returns by ordering and sending the right parts, first time.

Requirements

• Punctual, organised, and efficient whilst working towards deadlines.
• Pro‑active and enthusiastic when speaking with customers.
• Able to demonstrate empathy towards customers.
• Professional and possess excellent communication skills.
