NAPA Auto Parts – Commercial is seeking a Parts Advisor to join the team in the UK. The role focuses on maintaining and expanding the local customer base while handling orders, upselling, and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include taking telephone orders, making outbound calls to boost sales, and promoting offers. You will work in a branch environment with opportunities for career progression within the Alliance Automotive Group.

We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team.

As Parts Advisor you will be involved in all areas of the branch and its operation however your focus will be maintaining and expanding the local customer base.

Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To

• Taking orders over the telephone, upselling to increase invoice value.
