Alliance Automotive Group is recruiting a Parts Advisor on a fixed-term contract. The role covers handling telephone orders, promoting offers and building lasting relationships with local customers.

You will upsell to increase invoices, conduct outbound calls to raise awareness, and promote discounts while ensuring accurate parts are sent first time to limit credits and returns.

We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team. As Parts Advisor you will be involved in all areas of the branch and its operation however your focus will be maintaining and expanding the local customer base.

• Taking orders over the telephone, upselling to increase invoice value.
