Job summary

Alliance Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Advisor in the UK to handle telephone orders, promote offers and build strong customer relationships. You will contribute to higher sales, ensure accurate part selections, and support customers with timely, first-time parts orders.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders over the telephone, upselling to increase invoice value.
• Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales.
• Building long-term rapport with local customers
• Actively promote offers, discounts and customer competitions
