Job summary

Square One Resources is seeking an Organisational Transformation Lead to drive change across partner relationships and delivery models. The role operates across business, technology and delivery environments to embed new ways of working and achieve outcomes.

You will shape operating models, align partner engagements with strategic priorities, and lead initiatives to improve collaboration and value from the partner ecosystem. This is a contract role spanning a 14-week period.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering organisational transformation.
• Experience working with partners and multi-vendor environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
• Strong workshop facilitation and collaboration skills.
• Excellent process analysis and improvement capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisational transformation initiatives to improve partner engagement and outcomes.
• Shape operating models aligning business processes, technology domains and partner ecosystems.
• Embed new working practices and measure outcomes across delivery lifecycles.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to improve collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Define accountabilities between internal teams and partners to reduce ambiguity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation across the organisation.
