Job summary

Schroders is seeking an Operations Transformation Partner on a 12-month contract based in Horsham, with time in our London HQ. You will bridge Wealth Operations with the group transformation, shaping the roadmap, aligning delivery, and driving adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in transformation, business change, or operational readiness within financial services.
• Ability to balance change pace with operational stability and controls.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior transformation partner for Wealth Operations, ensuring operational impact of change is understood and managed.
• Own and maintain the Operations change roadmap, detailing delivery sequencing, dependencies, and readiness milestones.
• Represent operational requirements in transformation planning and governance, incorporating controls and adoption considerations.
• Coordinate engagement across multiple projects, ensuring SME involvement at the right stages to shape outcomes.
• Support readiness, planning, and user acceptance testing, ensuring training needs and procedures are understood before go-live.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to safeguard service quality and drive adoption and efficiency.
• Build understanding of current and target operating models, linking process, tech, people, and controls.
• Identify scalable opportunities in low-code/no-code and AI with proper governance.
