Job summary

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join the Partnerships team in West Sussex, with hybrid working—2 days in East Grinstead.

The 12-month fixed-term contract focuses on growing a portfolio of partnerships, promoting products to customers, negotiating with external partners, and developing additional revenue streams to meet revenue targets. Strong communication, data interpretation and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing or commercial partnerships role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience negotiating with partners.
• Ability to gather and interpret data, provide insight and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing customer promotions, offers and savings across channels.
• Maintain partnerships, recruit new partners and deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement marketing plans across various channels.
• Analyse KPIs, competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Communicate product developments to Marketing via briefs, training and presentations.
• Produce and present performance reviews to stakeholders.
• Influence and support marketing campaigns and promotions.
