Partnerships Growth Manager
Salary: £40-£45K + Bonus Hours: 37hrs, Mon-Friday Location: Hybrid Working Northampton (Office based 3 days a week) Contract: Permanent

We're looking for a Partnerships Growth Manager who will play a key role in our growth by identifying, winning and onboarding strategic partners. You'll own the partnership acquisition journey from first contact through to signed agreement, combining business development, consultative selling, relationship management and commercial negotiation.
Position
- Respond to inbound enquiries generated through marketing, our website and inbound calls.
- Research and identify sectors and organisations with strong partnership potential and approach through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn prospecting
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers and understand their business, customers and commercial objectives
- Attend relevant events and networking opportunities to generate new relationships and opportunities
- Qualify prospective partners and identify how a partnership at Online Direct could work for them
- Take a consultative approach to sales, clearly communicating the value of partnering with Online Direct and overcoming any objections
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiating commercial terms in line with agreed guidelines
- Manage opportunities through to signature, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the partnership journey
- Once active, support the wider Partnerships Team with key relationships, ensuring relationships continue to develop and evolve.
Requirements
- Proven experience that combines sales, account management and customer service
- A track record in business development with experience converting prospects into customers or partners
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to build rapport and influence stakeholders at different levels
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and close partnership agreements
- Excellent organisation skills, and the ability to manage your own pipeline, priorities and follow ups effectively
- Experience using a CRM and data to manage sales activity and performance
- Proactive, self-motivated and have a resilient approach to achieving targets
- A genuine customer first mindset and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Experience in an 'energy adjacent' sector such as waste management, telecoms, SaaS, merchant services or similar desirable.
