Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies for partners to generate high-quality leads for BNG units.
  • Identify potential tender and framework opportunities and support tender writing processes.
  • Ensure leads generated through partnerships are seamlessly integrated into the broader sales funnel for efficient follow-up and conversion.

Partnership Agreements:

  • Create and manage partnership agreements that incentivise lead generation and support mutual business growth.
  • Ensure all agreements are compliant and aligned with the company’s overall business goals and sales processes.

Essential:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate partnerships into sales opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work as part of a team towards targets and KPI’s.

Desirable:

  • Effective analytical skills to gather, analyse, and present market data and feedback.
  • Experience of tender/bid writing.
  • Good market/sector knowledge allowing you to hit the ground running and provide expert advice both to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • A passion for the environment and restoring nature.
